All jewelry pieces are made to order unless explicitly stated otherwise. Due to the bespoke and handcrafted nature of our work, production times may vary. Estimated timelines are provided at checkout, but may be subject to delays caused by material sourcing or custom requirements.

2. Customizations & Quotes

Designs, gemstones, metals, and sizes may be customized upon request. If customization affects the price, we will provide an updated quote. Orders with price-altering customizations will not be processed until the quote is accepted. If not accepted, we will issue a full refund within 3 business days.

3. No Return Policy

4. Payment & Order Confirmation

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including unauthorized payment or suspected fraud.

We offer complimentary insured and expedited shipping for all orders. Processing time for made-to-order items is typically 30–45 business days. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Stella Song Designs is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses or customs clearance issues.
